ABOUT JANET

Background I was born on February 7th, 1980 in Mong Cai, Vietnam. My family immigrated to Hong Kong in 1983 and then were sponsored to Canada in 1985. I am the oldest of 4; my brother Tom was born in the same city I was on August 2nd, 1981; my sister, Trinh was born in Hong Kong on September 23rd, 1983 and our youngest brother, Jonathan was born in Hamilton, Ontario on October 6th, 1993. I grew up in Hamilton (Stoney Creek area), where my love for multiculturalism, business and photography was developed. I went to Waterloo, Ontario in September, 1999 for University and left the end of August 2003.  After living and teaching English in Japan for a year, I returned to Hamilton for a year. In October 2005 I moved to Montreal to work and hopefully learn French in the 2nd largest francophone city in the world.
